Education Solutions Specialist – LEGO Education
The Inside Sales team plays a key role in ensuring that we reach as many students as possible with LEGO Education’s one of a kind resources.Inside Sales handles all incoming customer sales and product inquiries via phone and email, as well as quote requests from the assigned portfolio. In addition, the team attends larger national events and manages all lead follow-up along with other follow-up tasks to ensure adoption.
Help ensure LEGO Education maintains its high-quality standards:The main challenge is how to drive effective engagement with teachers and schools to maximize the overall incoming lead conversion rate.
• Respond to incoming sales and product inquiries
• Process all incoming quote requests and follow up on open opportunities
• Attend trade shows and generate sales leads
• Maintain ongoing sales relationships
• Follow up on trainings and implementations
• Conduct other outbound sales campaigns
• Collaborate with internal partners, both within N. America and globally
• Provide feedback and recommendations on ways to improvement product offerings and customer engagement

You must have:• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent sales skills, including minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated success.
• Experience in engaging with customers over the phone and virtually.
• Strong knowledge of the US education market required, including budget cycles, funding sources, curriculum standards, and trends in STEM learning.
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and an ambitious, competitive drive
• Must be able to work independently and creatively to reach targets
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• CRM experience required
• MS Office skills required
It would be nice to have:
• MS Dynamics a plus
• SAP experience a plus
