The FA executes financial analysis to support ongoing project evaluation, business case creation and prioritization, and execute monitoring and reporting to understand progress against key strategic and financial objectives including performance management and visual management.
Your specific tasks include:
• Deliver the Monthly Performance Reporting and other std. financial reports • Identify and track cost driver’s in manufacturing areas e.g. labor efficiency • Estimate and follow up on all benefits coming from Business Cases • Support the yearly update of full manufacturing cost (FMC) related to Processing (ABC costing) • Support and challenge the manufacturing area, acting as a business partner. • Support the yearly audit processes (Inventory, Fixed Assets) • Challenge master data setup to match our financial models • Collaborate with HR in terms of Workforce Planning • Secure (and if needed train in) legal requirements and internal control procedures • Drive stakeholder management both internal and external
The business controller reports to the Director for Operations Finance “Americas Manufacturing”, and is the Finance Business Partner for multiple of the support departments within the Americas Manufacturing business areas. This role will be focused on local priorities and will have some global reach as the person is expected to assist in driving the manufacturing technologies from a E2E financial perspective and assume responsibilities of some of the global tasks.

Do you have what it takes?
• 3 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in a business partnering capacity • Strong analytical skills • Strong in both oral and written English communication. • Strong Excel knowledge • Windows package/Microsoft office/Powerpoint • Knowledge using SAP / Business Warehouse (or other ERP / reporting systems) preferred • Willingness to travel between up to 10 days per year • Experience with a Consumer Goods company, Manufacturing company and international experience oreferred (but not required)
