During the filming for the Ready for Girls campaign we wanted to have an all female crew, we had a lot of young girls joining us on set and felt is was important to show female role models in all kinds of jobs.

The LEGO Group has both Global and Local Employee Advocacy Groups, each comprising of volunteers passionate about diversity and inclusion from all parts of the business. They work together to implement internal initiatives and events addressing local needs. Our women Employee Advocacy group works on policies, processes and behaviours in the workplace to enhance equality and gender balance. The group also aims to provide women for women mentoring programs focused on career path development.
Research conducted by the LEGO Groups and the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media shows that girls are ready for the world, but society needs to get ready to support unstereotyped growth.
