Communication Strategy Intern
Location: BillundAre you in your final year of study in the fields of communication, marketing, public relations, social sciences, media or IT? Then you might be the new intern in the LEGO communication strategy department.We are looking for a dynamic colleague who is a self-starter and has a get-stuff-done attitude. In the communication strategy team, you will get a chance to work in the engine room where LEGO advertising campaigns are first ideated, stress-tested, planned and executed. On a day to day basis, we deep-dive into what kids and their parents like, and try to constantly build LEGO love. We are part of the LEGO Group’s internal advertising agency.
As an intern in our team, you will help the strategists write advertising toolboxes and playbooks. You will help maintain a global database of campaigns and assets to enable the company to keep track of the content that is created in the LEGO agency. You will maintain an overview of the strategy projects covered by the LEGO Agency. You will also be encouraged to work on a project of your own creation for up to 50% of your time.
We expect you to already have the following skills:• In depth mastery of Powerpoint and Excel;
• An ability to quickly learn new software;
• English at a fluent level.
It also helps to have:• Knowledge of a second language;
• Experience studying or working in multicultural environments;
• Experience working with media (student newspapers, public social media channels etc.);
• Graphic design skills.

The internship is expected to last 6 months and start in August or September 2019.
