Core Responsibilities

• Be part of the global team operating and supporting the MRME platform. Be the go-to person for questions, local functional experts cannot answer
• Drive change requests and coordinate these across own team, finance and IT
• Support markets and global marketing functions in use and understanding of platforms to drive more fact-based decision making

The Global Marketing Intelligence and Effectiveness (MIE) team is a part of Brand, marketing, insights and partnership (BMIP).

The overall focus of MIE is to support the marketing organization in driving more data-driven decision making. The aim is to create a culture of marketing effectiveness that builds capabilities, promotes ownership and accountability to optimize marketing spend and mix across all marketing disciplines. -strategically as well as in day-to-day operations.

The MIE team is organized in three different streams:

1.Marketing tools and platforms
2.Marketing performance and advanced analytics
3.Front-end function (handling new requests as well as links to other strategic agendas)

This role will primarily work with within stream 1.

Do you have what it takes?

•Bachelor degree or above
•3+ years of marketing experience or similar experience in an analytical/financial function.
•Experience in working with systems and/or tools is preferred
•Proven track record in terms of strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
•Experience with project management is beneficial.
•Approx 20 travel days to be part of 2019 rollout team
