Marko Ilincic joined the LEGO Group in July 1995 fresh out of university, as UK’s Assistant Brand Manager. Since then, he has steadily worked his way up within the LEGO Group and has taken on multiple roles across three continents (Europe, Americas and Asia).
With nearly 25 years of extensive commercial experiences in sales, marketing and general management across multi geo markets, Marko has led in brand marketing, NPD, business development, and held several local and regional General Management roles prior to his current role as Senior Vice President and Head of Asia & Pacific (APAC).
As part of the Executive Leadership Team and a senior leader in the LEGO Group, Marko has a truly global outlook and takes the responsibility of balancing people / team development whilst delivering strong business results. As well as his corporate responsibilities, he is directly responsible for the APAC Market Group, based out of the Singapore Hub.
