We’re looking for a security specialist to safeguard our place in The LEGO® Group’s fastest growing market.

Core Responsibilities

Defend our network
• Work with our regional security director to mitigate risks to LEGO® employees, locations and products
• Develop the Singapore corporate security strategy by implementing policies and procedures, monitoring intelligence strategies and training employees
• Oversee the planning, execution and communication of security standards
• Support in eliminating theft and possibility of products being leaked
• Ensure consistency between the planning and execution of training and education programs
• Coordinate and execute approaches based on the appropriate level of security needed
• Manage the local crisis management team and security budgets

As a Site Security Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the expansion, taking responsibility for the safety of LEGO®’s people and places, across Singapore. You’ll become our go-to expert on the protection of employees, property and assets, looking after business-critical matters from the identification of new technology to the proactive monitoring of corporate intelligence. This is an opportunity to make key contributions to the security strategy of The LEGO® Group, at a local, regional and global level.

Do you have what it takes?

• Experience in a similar position, including project management, analysis and reporting
• A record of working in an international and global context
• Experience in planning and executing training and education programs
• An understanding of how to manage stakeholders in a complex, fast-moving environment
• The ability to work with people from many regions and cultures
• A background executing loss prevention strategies
• Operational training in a security-based profession such as police or military is preferable
• Experience developing and managing an estimate
• The ability to multi-task, prioritize and think strategically
• A willingness to travel approximately 60 days per year
