We are offering a unique opportunity to join the team in LEGO European distribution center located in Jirny (Prague-East).

The EMEA Supply Chain Operations (SCO), Distribution is responsible for the final stages in the LEGO Supply Chain within the EMEA region. Working with our third party partners we execute Warehousing, Picking, Packing and Delivery of EMEA Customer Orders and Returns.The role acts as the link between company stakeholders and outsourced logistics partners and executes on standardization and optimization of LEGO distribution claims and reverse flow processes within the EMEA.

As a subject matter expert you will be responsible for:

• executes on standardization and optimization of LEGO distribution claims and reverse flow processes within EMEA region
• collaborates with relevant process owners to review requirements, identify areas of non-compliance
• for timely and appropriate reporting on claims and returns building data driven relationship with external suppliers
• investigates, evaluates, and resolves cargo claims of a more severe and complex nature in cooperation with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers
• act as a subject matter expert in the particular line of business
• closely cooperates with third party Claims Administration provider
• active role in continuous improvement initiatives and innovations

Do you have what it takes?

• 3+ years of experience in transportation/marine/cargo/inland industry is required
• understanding of international transport conventions
• fluent English and Czech language
• PC knowledge - MS Office (Excel – advanced level, Word, PowerPoint)
• SAP, Power BI is an advantage
• Self-driven, proactive & curious
• Able to develop and maintain open and trusting working relationships
• Strong communication skills
