Core Responsibilities

• Provide clear financial leadership and sparring to the LEGO Group Business Service Operations (BSO) team within the Business Transformation Organisation
o Be the key finance contact and business partner for the BSO leadership team and influence and impact business decisions
o Ensure data-driven conclusions drive decision making and enable effective business trade-offs
o Deliver action-oriented and impactful communications
• Manage efficient and effective end-to-end financial processes for the BSO (reporting, forecasting, planning)
o Prioritise value-creating activities and proactively manage financial performance in line with plan
o Maintain transparency and credibility of financial management processes
o Enable strong business decisions which are compliant with Corporate processes, backed up by clear supporting analysis, and through robust challenge of the status quo

Do you have what it takes?

• Hold a professional finance qualification or masters degree in finance, management accounting or similar
• Have 3+ years of finance and accounting experience
• Ability to work independently and prioritise work-load
• Results focused with very strong analytical capabilities
• Ability to influence senior leaders and impact business decisions in a constructive way
• Communicate effortlessly with impact in English, both written and spoken
• Finance business partnering
• Ideally have experience with global teams
