Here in LEGO we collaborate to create an extraordinary brand that inspires children, the builders of tomorrow.We are looking for a Supplier Services Assistant who can contribute to the success of the BSO and LEGO business by delivering high-quality execution and support of the Easy Buy processes aligned to the LEGO processes and policies.
Challenges: Support and basic execution of department processes in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, including.
o Purchase Order request processing (in ServiceNow & SAP systems) on daily basis, delivering high quality service
o Follow up on purchase order and good/service receipt to secure the compliance of the standard process and proper recognition of expenses.
o Support Purchase order requesters with the platform and general inquires of the P2P process.
o Collaboration with stakeholders, suppliers and internal areas to complete the entire process and follow up actions needed (i.e. reversals, product claims, support on account reconciliations, etc.)
Supporting compliance of the company policies and procedures, and supporting operation of global, standardised and scalable processes.
Supporting a high-performing, customer- and service oriented culture within the Supplier Services Stream.
Supporting implementation of improvements using the LEGO Continuous Improvement approach across functional areas.
Supporting high-quality service handling of basic customer queries.
Building basic customer relations and supporting stakeholder management across areas and geographies.
Understanding, learning and using the financial IT platforms, the local and global processes and policies as an enabling function.
Do you have what it takes? Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in finance functions.
Skills: IT Skills, SAP knowledge preferably, or other ERP. Microsoft Office at intermediate level.
Knowledge: English at advanced.
