Core ResponsibilitiesThe main purpose is to support our Training Specialist in providing solutions for our Learning Management System (LMS365). You will support the rest of the team with IT-related tasks, such as creating and maintaining SharePoint sites.
In this role, you are expected to:
Work closely with our Training Specialist to assist with all IT needs related to LMS365
Upload training material content into LMS365, always checking for updates from the SharePoint system
Create superb PowerPoint animations, and make and/or embed (instructional) videos
Check and report training progress data from Power BI
Create, develop and update the Existing Element Platform (EEP) team’s Sharepoint sites
Play your part in our global success.The Existing Element Platform team creates and gathers input, knowledge and demands from other departments and stakeholders, in order to ensure that LEGO elements are being continuously developed in accordance with the newest knowledge, standards and processes.
We ensure that our Element Developers are capable of creating world class elements of the highest quality that continuously correspond to the newest knowledge, technology, customer demands, product safety, etc.
Do you have what it takes?Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field like IT, Business, Engineering, Marketing or design – candidate has at least 1 full year until finishing the degree.
Excellent in English, both oral and written
Ability to manage own time to deliver to multiple projects
Pro-active and gets energy from helping others
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, with experience and expertise in creating SharePoint sites
IT background that covers all the skills we need – hands-on and proven experience of SharePoint, PowerPoint and creating/embedding videos, etc.
A team-player with a “can-do” attitude when working within our friendly and dedicated team
Be focused, clear about needs and expectations, and be ready to deliver them
Flexible attitude: be willing to help in various IT tasks when needed in a busy environment
In addition to your proven IT skills, you are a positive and open person – And you are keen to take the initiative in creating better solutions.
