Drive the Sales strategy in LEGO® Education North America (LE NAM).

Join LEGO® Education as an Account Manager in our North America division. Help drive awareness of our educational solutions that make learning engaging, significant and fun for learners of all ages in science, technology, engineering, math, problem solving and the humanities. Deliver the company’s strategic growth, with the goal of driving an innovative shift in the learning culture and growing opportunities for student engagement throughout their education.

Ensuring the development of long term business plans to grow the business will be important to your success as you help push strategic growth in Sales. Core Responsibilities

Responsible for selling and marketing LEGO Education products to educational institutions in assigned Southeast territory (NC, SC, GA, TN, KY)

Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
• Demonstrate your existing network of district administrator relationships to develop new business opportunities
• Develop strategic prospecting and territory plans to grow regional revenue from new and current customers

Make product presentations to customers and prospects. Follow up on all leads and proposals within approved guidelines.

Travel to and set up displays at conventions / trade shows for customer associations and attend such functions as directed.

Create proposals and pricing and coordinate / present customer workshops, and training.

Develop plans with key accounts to bring LEGO Education to all children

Do you have what it takes?

- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, education or related field.
- At least 5 years of success in education sales
- Excellent listening skills and ability to multi-task.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Current and valid Driver’s License.
- Experience with key account management.
- Experience in working with educators.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
