Have you completed the first part of the Laboratory Technician Program? And would you like to help test and secure the quality of the materials that goes into LEGO Toys?

Become the next Materials boy/girl

You will be based in Billund and join 30 colleagues in the Materials Department. We drive the approval process of new materials, colors and inks and are responsible for trouble shooting of our existing material platform.

As part of this, your specific tasks will be to:

Perform mechanical tests and describe specific material characteristics

Prepare samples and carry out tests, analysis and registration of test results

Support the development of new test methods and validation of existing methods

Occasionally conduct analytical and chemical testing

As Intern in the lab, you will get an excellent opportunity to learn about our testing methods, collaborate with skilled colleagues and help develop and improve our procedures and techniques. Thus, your tasks require a structured and detail oriented approach.

Detail oriented Lab Technician

You have completed the first part (1,5 years) of the Laboratory Technician education (laborantuddannelsen)

You want to learn about mechanical testing methods, and you are able to work structured and independently as there will be many repetitive tasks

You are thorough and pay attention to small details as the testing results depend on it

You speak and write English

Starting date will be the 1st of March 2020
