The awesome team of marketers, who is building and developing the LEGO brand in Central Europe is currently looking for an Associate Brand Manager!

The objective is to recruit new consumers and shoppers and to ignite love for the LEGO brand in hearts of kids and adults! Do you want to you join to this great journey?

Our aim: to deliver innovative marketing campaigns for our GIRLS brands

The Marketing Department for Europe Central is responsible for locally bringing the LEGO Brand to life by marketing our products, telling exciting stories and creating memorable experiences in the second largest global LEGO market. We are creating and fostering consumer demand for the LEGO Group by converting consumer, shopper and market insights into compelling, creative, and innovative marketing plans:

• Translate global and regional Marketing strategies into effective local marketing campaigns that inspire and engage consumers and shoppers in an ever evolving landscape managing the total marketing toolbox and being an active contributor to the entire value chain
• Implement high-impact consumer marketing plans, develop and implement communication strategies, including all media (digital, social media, voice, video, search, TV, content, print, OOH, etc.) in conjunction with In-House and External Agencies that enable the brand to reach its immediate, as well as long term potential, sales and profitability objectives
• Ultimately accountable for annual and monthly consumer forecasts and performance for assigned segment
• Full accountability of marketing budget, planning, execution
• Partner management for external IP partners to guarantee a strong marketing execution and content planning
• Prepares for and present theme assortment and supporting marketing activities at key selling-in and collaboration meetings throughout the year
• Drives all related processes in strong collaboration with trade marketing, key account management, local agencies, external partners, and demand management
• Collaborate within and across the marketing team to drive innovation, create an audience first and always-on-media mindset, which optimizes outcomes and integrates own area into broader campaigns

Do you have what it takes?

• At least 2 years of brand/product/digital management work experience (preferably within FMCG or consumer goods by a large and/or well-known brand)
• Proven and successful track record of effective marketing planning with developed experience in digital campaigns
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Strong drive and excellent project management skills, attention to detail and previous event management experience
• Ability to perform independently
• Good analytical skills and an interest for strategic context
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably: business or marketing related studies)
• Strong communication skills in English and German
• Excellent knowledge of MS office tools, incl. strong Excel & Powerpoint skills
