Job Description

  • The Project Manager will drive manufacturing and engineering streams with a high focus on collaboration, delivery and adherence to budget.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Molding Technology and Service Areas implementation for the LEGO® Manufacturing Richmond site under the guidelines of the LEGO® Project Model.
  • Ensure coherence and collaboration during the project across technology platforms within Engineering, Operations and Machine Safety departments by building relationships with all key partners.
  • Support design validation and OEM negotiations with global platform owners and technology managers to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Apply innovation attitude to build further improvements on machines, equipment and processes with technology managers and local platform owners.
  • Lead other manufacturing implementation and equipment certification projects.

Are you up for the challenge?

  • 5+ years in manufacturing technology project management in a large scale.
  • Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD or other 2D design software.
  • Financial skills applied to budget management and cost analysis.
  • Plastic injection molding industry as desirable.
  • Able to travel 30-40 days p/year.
