Would you like to be part of amazing team and take care of creating great product experience on the site, regardless of device and country?In this role you will be responsible for executing content launches and optimizations for commercial areas of LEGO.com, with focus on Product Detail Page (PDP), Product List Page (PLP) and navigation, both directly and through partners.
Core Responsibilities• Provide on-site product merchandising input into tactical briefs for retail marketing campaigns and eCommerce promotions, ensuring correct assets are produced and delivered on time
• In partnership with Merchandising, continually review and optimize product assortment listing to ensure products are correctly categorized, tagged and cross-marketed on-site
• Coordinate new product and theme novelty launches, including updates to navigation and landing pages
• Using output from analytics reports, review performance of content (e.g. video Vs image, placement in carousel, number of images) to continually improve the experience for the visitor
Play your part in our team succeedingAs part of the LEGO Retail organization, the Global eCommerce team drives the development of LEGO.com and digital shopper channels across regions and countries, including new market entry, and plays a pivotal role in The LEGO Group commercial strategy. One of the biggest changes we are making is moving from a brand eCommerce platform to a retail website. This means making a mindset shift from passively driving sales to actively leading on-site sales performance – all while driving further engagement with visitors to the LEGO brand.
This role tackles a key area of responsibility by driving forward the way we present product images to visitors to the site, ensuring they have the best possible experience based on what features meets their needs. Working closely with Global eCommerce, Marketing, Product Merchandising and our external content agency.
Do you have what it takes?• 2+ years’ experience within online, ideally for on a transactional e-Commerce website as well as knowledge of online business tools, covering content management and digital asset management
• Comfortable working with data to lead actions and track successes
• Good communications skills with the ability to work with partners across the business at varying levels
• Confident planning skills to deliver briefs and launches in a timely manner to support key marketing activity
• Experience working with a product information management system is an added benefit
