You ensure constant market optimizationAt LEGO® Education, you contribute to our quest to give children the best possible education and learning experiences. Our goal is to deliver high-impact innovation concepts with a focus on interlinking education with the physical and digital LEGO® experience. Through our focus on science, technology, engineering, arts and math (STEAM), we want to enable every student to succeed.
As a Marketing Manager you will join the Secondary School Segment team in LEGO® Education and work closely with your marketing colleagues, creative leads and content developers, the digital team and our Communications department. The Marketing Manager will take on own areas of responsibility and be in charge of executing development projects as well as driving the sales enablement agenda for the projects.
• Product solution development and management
• Prepare value propositions and key messaging
• Equip sales force and external partners with selling in arguments
• Develop sales enablement material
• Determine key market needs and trends
• Understand our competitive setting
Play your part in our team succeeding!The Secondary School Segment in LEGO Education is a core segment in the organization as it oversees the two most important portfolios in the LEGO® Education Continuum of Learning, namely LEGO MINDSTORMS Education EV3 and our newly announced LEGO® Education SPIKE Prime. Both portfolios grow with students as they engage at every level, providing hands-on experiences that stimulate communication, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.

Technology is everywhere - it affects how we live, work, play, and most importantly learn, and it is therefore important that you have a natural interest in new technologies as well as coding.
• Master degree of business in marketing or equivalent
• Experience from B2B marketing and/or experience in working with major international brands and matrix organizations
• Knowledge of education industry preferred
• Willingness to travel 20 days per year
• Entrepreneurial and agile mindset
• Strong implementation skills – you get the job done
• Fluent in English
