I am an amateur at lego and I didn’t find this difficult to build. Instructions are very straightforward. It took me about 9 hours to build both apartment, excluding the hall which I chose to not include. I preferred to the have the apartments separate without the hallway. I also decided to not use the cameras, I used spare, smooth tiles to cover the edges where the cameras go. I also took the arch out of Monica’s kitchen, it detaches easily and makes the kitchen look more open. The only drawback was the sofa in Monica’s apartment, it has two push up cushions so only one character can sit on the three seated sofa. I would’ve paid extra for this set if it included the bedrooms. However it is a beautiful set even without the bedrooms. The one with the criticism...SINIW |I would recommend this to a friend!Purchased for: SelfStill in process of building. Wish I would've known about the coffee cup cause I would've waited to buy the set.... Instead of being a vip :(.. . Theresa few things that do however bug me. None of the interior doors open how they do in the show. And to have them open properly they can't have a door handle... The exterior door Into the hallway section can't have a door handle either.... (may have to try to dremel it out) and the exterior doors to the apartments in the hallway should be green.Not tan and purple. Throws off the realism of the set for me. Also seems like the TV stickers are wrong. They always watched DOOL at Monica's. Not football. What an absolute journey this takes you on throughout the build. This has been so wonderfully thought out and crafted, I found myself quoting iconic moments as they started to take shape out of the bags. Ross' leather pants, the balcony cat, the cheesecake, I just loved every moment of this build.
