Drive the Marketing strategy in LEGO® Education North America (LE NAM)

LEGO Education is seeking an experienced Marketing leader who works closely with the product development and market teams to bring the best experiences and solutions to our customers. The Brand, Insights & Communication Team is responsible for global marketing strategy and North America execution of the strategy for LEGO Education.

LEGO Education has a strong solution portfolio to support student learning from grade K-8 but it has an awareness challenge . The Sr. Marketing Manager’s role is to understand the North America education marketing , hone in to the target audiences needs and preferences for STEAM solutions and build an optimal positioning for LEGO Education soluions.

Do you have what it takes to lead and grow Marketing for LE NAM?

• Create North America Marketing Plan on a yearly basis
• Lead cross functional team in executing key elements of the marketing plan to drive brand awareness, build solution preference, and increase revenue
• Be the lead for the North America’s team and represent the global Brand, Insights & Communication organization
• Support North America team with sales enablement resources and creative tactics to drive sales.

The Sr. Marketing Manager will have a key role in support the LENAM sales team with the right pitchs and sales enablement resources to increase our MSS in the education market.
The role is responsible for setting the regional strategy and working with a cross functional team to execute in market awareness and preference campaigns. It’s a chance to explore your full potential while helping us achieve ours.

What you’ll need:

• Masters in Business Administration or similar level of education
• Marketing Domain expertise
• Over 10 years of experience in marketing for either similar company or in the education Industry
• Ability to execute vertical industry marketing motions to build affinity for offerings
• Over 5 years of experience in competitive positioning , field training of key value propositions and portfolio positioning
• 25% Travel required
