We are offering a great opportunity to join the team in LEGO Shared Service Centre in Kladno.This team was established in 2016 to support the teams around the world regarding financial and personal agenda.
The service desk team, you might be part of, acts as a support to employees in various questions and as a support for local HR teams.

Delivering consistent, reliable and high-quality support to the customers of the Service Desk

• Provide support to LEGO employees for various questions related to HR and other areas (e.g. attendance, benefits)
• Give administrative support to local HR teams (e.g. trainings, attendance) and to other teams within BSO (e.g. merit, performance management)
• Provide qualified support and service on BSO related topics, e.g. concerning first level research on payroll errors, time and attendance

Customer Service experience with fluent English

• 1-2 years’ experience of help desk/service desk or other Customer Service environment, ideally from global company
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills, untiring in finding solution
• MS Office, advanced Excel, SAP as a plus
• Fluent English, other language as a plus
