She/he will define the role and responsibilities as well as drawing the complete working procedures required to evaluate claims, dispute them and get to the resolution of it.

The Customer Operations team is responsible for all LEGO UK order management, inventory management and handling of customer claims. The team works with a variety of external customers ranging from major multinational retailers to local businesses. It is a fast-paced area which rewards planning and a collaborative approach. As part of the team you will be key in optimizing the order to cash process, focused on claims management.

The candidate will be instrumental in drawing a solid and robust claims process, linking with the different functions of the business. She/he will define role and responsibilities as well as drawing the complete working procedures required to evaluate claims, dispute them and get to the resolution of it.

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor Degree in Economics or business-related
• 3-5 years experience with Credit Control and/or Claims Management, in a consumer goods company
• Project Management skills
• Strong excel skills
• Challenging different type of stakeholders, including BU Senior Management
• Experience with SAP is an advantage however not essential
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
