We are looking for a Material Flow Engineer who can keep standardization and material flow processes at the levels required to meet production demand.

Activities

As a Material Flow Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in the engineering department for an international company committed to society, the environment and quality level premium.

- Expert in material flow processes.
- Define procedures focused to Inventory Accuracy and maintain them with a Continuous Improvement scope.
- Root Cause Analysis of errors to propose and implement corrective/preventive actions in the different Warehouse operations.
- Maintenance and Report of Warehouse Utilization and Inventory Accuracy
- Develop “Lean Manufacturing” Tools using LCI as guideline.
- Develop Process Optimization methods supported by Industrial Engineering skills.
- Revision of actual processes and development of new processes through Industrial Engineering principles.
- Develop improvements to automatized warehouse.
- Leading teams focused in improvement projects.
- Creation and development of new reports and Query in BW.
- Develop improvement projects using DMAIC methodology.
- Participate actively in global and local investment projects related to Material Flow and Logistics.
- Production and material flow support.
- Leads the engineering and technical initiatives to solve the opportunities in safety, quality, delivery, cost areas.
- Expert for material flow platforms like COMBI 2.0, BICF, BW, SAP and WMS.
- Cross-functional and cross-site knowledge sharing.
- Collaboration with all local and global departments.
- Participant of global forums.

Education

• Education: Engineering.
• Experience: 2 years minimum experience in Warehouse, Inventory Control, Cycle Count, shipping area, production support.
• Skills: Microsoft Office, Inventory control system, Problem Solving, Structured and Self-directed, Collaborative, Proactiveness, ambition and persistence, High dedication and commitment.
• Knowledge: English at advanced. Combi system.
