Supply chain, planning and distribution has a goal to ship the right product to the right place all of the time.

A vital role that has a direct correlation to every LEGO set purchased in the Market.

• Operational Support, Customer Service and Stakeholder Management
o Utilizing an end to end mindset, aid operations and proactively interact with 3PL partners ensuring timely receipt and shipment of finished goods. Track monthly service KPI’s.
o Manage daily activities with our 3PL’s to include: daily calls, trouble-shooting, prioritization, external vendor logs, resolution, scheduling, product review certifications, etc.
o Assist Import/Export Manager with toy safety HTS classification codes, country of origin validation and NAFTA (as requested). Ensure certificates of compliance and compliance labeling rules are adhered to during receipt process.
o Collaborate with Distribution Managers, Transportation Manager, Project Manager and Compliance Managers with distribution initiatives.
o Support Finance team in payment of import duties and taxes, validate transportation services and charges monthly
o As necessary, order and monitor appropriate supplies required for customer shipments

• Order Management
o Enter customer orders in SAP, troubleshoot Nota Fiscal issues, utilize customers portal to facilitate scheduling
o Generate multiple system reports supporting Sales, Accounts and Global/Regional requirements. Liaise with Key Account Managers on allocation and fill based on supply.

• Reporting and Analysis
o Identify trends and provide insight relative to inventory to include: velocity reports, quality and rework opportunities, OS&D’s, returns, claims and disposals.
o Actively pursue root cause corrective action and disposition with partners.

• Standardization and Processes, Continuous Improvement, Innovation and Project Support.
o Generate and/or support ideas, projects and others through active engagement and process development.
o Ensure processes are documented within ARIS and updated as required.

The objective of the distribution team within Supply Chain Operations is to function as a service provider to both internal and external customers by being the main contact for operational/tactical issues. Simply stated, we are the group that keeps the machine running.

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Supply Chain or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years’ experience in a distribution and supply chain environment
• Import experience and/or order management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP
• Experience with an Imports platform
• Travel – Domestic and International (2-4 times per year); may be required to work nights and weekends during peak season (Q4, holiday season)
