Your specific tasks include:

• Digital marketing planning and execution, ensuring digital reach to LEGO Education target groups by utilizing paid & organic search, affiliate marketing and Social Media.
• Deliver global digital marketing projects in association with global counterparts in the Brand, Insights & Communications team.
• Drive and present the digital execution strategy to the wider LEGO Education organization to drive change and improve digital execution processes
• Understand the changing education market needs with specific focus on teachers within market, in a digital perspective.
• Identify new digital routes to market to remain ahead of the market trends.
• Take a leading role in conducting data-driven analysis to understand digital marketing performance. Communicate these analytics to the relevant team members and LEI LT.

The digital channel is a critical route to market for LEGO Education, therefore your ability to set and drive the digital marketing strategy for the markets is key to our overall business strategy. To deliver on this agenda, we expect you are a highly motivated self-starter who is able to work with a high degree of initiative and independence.

Do you have what it takes?
• Solid digital marketing background from an agency or similar role in an organisation.
• Experience of delivering internationally-focused digital marketing projects across a wide range of stakeholders in a global organization.
• A proven history of designing digital strategies resulting in successful in-market execution, supported by high levels of metric analysis.
• Able to provide evidence of owning or leading successful digital marketing projects in the education sector.
• Expert-level knowledge about digital trends and the global digital marketing environment.
• An excellent collaborator, able to manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders across LEGO.
