Taking the lead and securing cross-functional cooperationIn this role, you will collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Scrum master, UX designer and business colleagues to design and build high quality Marketing Resource Management (MRM) solutions for Marketing planning and follow-up – a SAP CRM platform with integration to ECC and BI systems as well as external Media Agency system.
Moreover, you will act as a CRM functional expert which means to:
• translate business requirements into solution design and specifications to developers
• customize the MRM solution
• test new functionality and markets
• investigate operational errors
Besides these tasks you will also Support integration with other systems – e.g. ECC and BI including BPS, as well as support roll-out to additional markets.

You will be part of the B2B Technology team who is responsible for designing, building and maintaining IT solutions for LEGO employees managing orders, commercial planning, marketing planning and follow-up, and servicing our partners and customers. We are organised in agile product line teams with end-to-end responsibility for our solutions, and we collaborate closely with the teams that drive the B2B strategy and it’s execution for the LEGO Group.

• Some years of experience working with SAP CRM as a functional consultant
• Experience with CRM web UI
Furthermore, it is considered an advantage if you also have experience with:
• SAP ABAP development
• SAP TPM and/or MRM
• SAP Fiori
