Are you ready to play a vital part in the successful implementation of key strategic projects and programmes across our global organisation?

Working out of Billund, London or Copenhagen, you will gain exposure to executive management, build a vast network and learn from the best.

Drive strategic and operational change management across the LEGO Group

You will join our Strategy & Transformation team, which consists of 9 project managers and 3 change management consultants. Together, we drive projects and programmes instigated by the executive leadership team. As these are often associated with significant change in the receiving local organisation, it is paramount that we integrate a robust change management approach. As a change management consultant, you will ensure that we do so by establishing and driving a strong change management plan as an integral part of the overall programme delivery.

While our projects vary in nature and scope, you will typically manage 1-2 at a time with a duration of 6-12 months. Working alongside the project manager, you will:

• Orchestrate the change process and intervene at the right change moments
• Conduct a change impact analysis
• Ensure a clear change vision and identify key change progression indicators
• Involve key stakeholders across the organisation, e.g. leaders and employees
• Ensure that the designated change agents, leaders and practitioners are ready to lead and drive the change in their local organisations

As we manage projects across the global organisation, you can expect 10-20 days of international travel per year. While the majority of the team are based at our HQ in Billund, Denmark, we are flexible if you wish to work out of our London office – as long as you are able to travel to Billund frequently.

Be part of a strong change team with a high level of expertise

You will join a team of highly experienced colleagues who take pride in our everyday work to support a global organisation that promotes creativity and play for children all over the world. Moreover, a strong sense of play remains at the heart of our culture as we enjoy working in a vibrant and inspiring environment where initiative is encouraged and there is room to try out new ideas.

Experience with change management in a project environment

To succeed in this role, it is crucial that you excel at stakeholder engagement at all levels. While you demonstrate can-do attitude and know how to exercise will, you always take time to listen and are quick to understand the needs of others.

Ideally, you already have solid experience as a change management consultant in a project environment. However, we are also open to a strong theoretical foundation and a few years’ experience from a project management environment – as long as you are ready to tackle a very steep learning curve.

We expect that you bring:

• A degree in business administration, human resources, organisational development or similar
• Solid experience driving change as a project manager within a large organisation
• Experience driving a business agenda and contributing to training and learning
• A well-stocked change management toolbox which you master to a T
• Very solid communication skills and fluent English in speech and writing

Bringing it to life

“You will always be right where the action is. And as you help drive prominent large-scale projects, you will gain considerable exposure to senior management members as well as insight into many corners of the global organisation,” says Senior Director Jakob Meiling.

Join the global LEGO® family

In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment. We look forward to receiving your application. Please remember to attach your cover letter and a current CV in English.
