Business Intelligence front-end developerDo you want to work with dashboards in a different way? And would you like to drive and inspire the LEGO® Retail organisation to work with data in new ways? This is your chance to step into an independent role where you get to run with your ideas and challenge the LEGO® Retail area.
Develop dashboards and ensure transparencyYou will be part of LEGO Retail Business Intelligence (BI) where you will be responsible for all dashboard creation. Take on this newly established position where you will get to, map data transparency business needs, keep track of our reporting portfolio and train others in newly established dashboards and tools. You will interact with stakeholders on data needs across all our platforms, and you will be the key contact in IT when it comes to new tools and dashboard initiatives. In short, you will:
- Test new dashboards in various tools such as Tableau, WEBI, SAP iCloud, IBM Modeler or SPSS
- Focus on eComm visualisation
- Govern dashboards created in close collaboration with the Data Integration Network
- Act as go-to person in terms of general dataware house extraction
A resourceful team with room to growBased in one of our main offices in either London, UK, or Billund, Denmark, you will become part of our growing team. LEGO Retail is commercially responsible for the LEGO Group’s own sales channels, and in the BI team, we are responsible for the operational insight and reporting. As a team, we value trial and error as steps towards continuous improvement as we enjoy learning. We collaborate with each other across countries, and in this position, you will have ample opportunity to travel and grow as you interact with a multitude of stakeholders.
Visualisation and dashboarding experienceYou are a firm believer in learning-by-doing, are not put off by ambiguity and have the ability to think outside the box when it comes to dashboard UX interphase and user experience. With an outgoing nature, you enjoy collaborating across cultures and functions and this – combined with your strong communication skills and commercial mindset – makes you able to successfully uncover internal customer needs throughout LEGO Retail. Moreover, you:
- Hold a bachelor or a master’s degree in a relevant area- information technology, information management or business related experience
- Have at least 2-4 years of experience developing dashboards
- Are a fast learner of new front-end tools, have experience with Adobe Analytics and preferably Tableau, WEBI, SAP iCloud, IBM Modeler or SPSS
- Have some project management skills and have previously run smaller projects
- Speak and write English at a high level
