Are you passionate in support and guidance to local group finance team for financial issues?

Be the member of a regional team. Mainly focus on the local support to share service center, local compliance issues, handling all specification requirements from accounting point of view in China.

Core Responsibilities

•Review end to end accounting processes
•Secure accurate and timely month-end close
•Perform accounting analysis, to ensure reporting in high quality and according to timeline
•Complete required controls and monthly tasks. Provide constructive feedback to leaders on performance of controls.
•Monitor internal controls to ensure them in place and to meet internal & local GAAP compliance standards in the LEGO Group
•Partnering with stakeholders by providing compliance advices
•Drive to support the external auditors during the interim and year-end audit process
•Perform review & consolidate financial statements to support compliance requirements, board reporting and assist in the global consolidation reporting
•Monitor and drive KPI meetings and strong contributions for KPIs improvements
•Collaborate with global counterparts to implement/improve processes
•Ensure transparency and correct data handling in accordance with GDPR
•Co-Drive trainings to the Region to drive performance in accordance with standard processes
•Initiate and Co-drivers of knowledge management
•Key driver for process improvements on service quality

Being mainly responsible for APAC manufactory accounting areas.

Do you have what it takes?

•Accounting / financial education background
•CPA or Senior Accounting certification
•8+ years general ledge accounting experience
•Excellent SAP knowledge
•Great excel skill
•Solid knowledge on PRC GAAP and China tax knowledge
•Experience in manufactory training industry
•Open minded and easy collaboration
•Proactive communication skill and warmly personality
•Big four background plus in-house working experience
•Reasonable mutual level to cope with stakeholders
•Advanced English communication skill in both written and verbally
