Job Description

You will join the ERP Transformation Management Office (TMO), supporting our Strategic Priority: The ERP Transformation. You will work together with dedicated transformation colleagues and be exposed to different tasks. This could include:

  • Transformation management analyses through reports, data and summarising in output to be used by leaders in the transformation 

  • Prepare communication materials and messaging to be used to drive transparency and consistency across the transformation leveraging relevant tools 

  • Help to coordinate and ensure structure through TMO tasks, e.g. keeping organisational charts, and distribution lists are up to date 

  • Engaging with a broad range of stakeholders

Play your part in our team succeeding  

  • The Global CFO ERP Transformation team leads the ERP Transformation, shifting from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and the long-term ERP transformation that supports the strategic ambitions of the LEGO Group. 

  • You will be part of the Transformation Management Office that functions as combined PMO and transformation management capabilities. We do transformation orchestration, i.e. training and deployment, methodology, communications, reporting, financial management, capacity management and general ways-of-working, including tools and methods.  

  • We expect you to be working two days per week in Billund or Copenhagen, with flexibility around exams 

We are a team of professionals with passion for transformation and wanting to succeed as a team. We have different backgrounds that in total encompasses an environment that ensures you can excel your learning. Currently, we are looking for two new team members to join us; one in May and one in August. 
 
Do you have what it takes?  
It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker. You are studying at a university level and have at least 1½ years left until graduation. Moreover, you; 

  • Are dedicated, meticulous, and curious – not least about The LEGO Group. 

  • Are energised by joining an impactful and agile team. 

  • Master/end-of-bachelor student in Economics/Finance/Business Administration or related field. 

  • Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills, i.e. Excel and PowerPoint  with a willingness to learn more. 

  • Ability to communicate complex/detailed information in a simple and visual way and come to fact-based conclusions. 

  • Ability to take initiative and act on opportunities on your own. 

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).  

  • Can work 2 days a week (~15 hrs a week). 

  • Preferably knowledge about SAP and/or project management (not a requirement).
