Job Description
We are looking for a Tech Service Specialist to deliver excellent support with outstanding customer service to our Digital Tech Products.
If you are a motivated and curious problem solver with a passion for technology, a confident independent IT specialist with high interest on nurturing relationships with our manufacturing teams to delivering the best possible service, then this is the opportunity for you!
Core Responsibilities
Provide advise and solutions to complex IT incidents and problems
Actively engages with Digital Technology product teams to implement the required processes, technology and solutions on the site
Proactively ensures IT Policies and Principles are being followed
Actively improves, uses, trains and promotes new technologies implemented in the organization
Install and configure hardware, computer systems and applications within the company
Engages with vendors as it relates to IT areas
Play your part in our team succeeding
As part of the Global End-User Support organization you will have the opportunity to help us to optimize the usage of business technologies to increase the productivity of the LEGO Group.
Do you have what it takes?
General knowledge of ITSM and IT infrastructure concepts
Expertise on one or more specific IT technical areas such as Active Directory, Microsoft Server environment, networking, ITIL or automation
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Information Technology field providing technical support to hardware and software
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
Data analytics and presentation documents skills
An outstanding service oriented mentality
Open communication and international collaboration
Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
Knowledge of Agile preferred
