Join our Manufacturing Design & Implementation team in Billund and take the lead in shaping supplier quality systems that ensure world-class logistics and processing equipment performance. This is an outstanding opportunity to combine hands-on problem solving with strategic quality development driving excellence, reliability, and continuous improvement across a global supplier network.
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities
Establish and develop the foundation for a scalable Supplier Quality Control System for logistics and processing equipment.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments, identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Lead supplier incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up.
Create and implement Supplier Quality standards, handbooks, critical metrics, and performance scorecards.
Drive supplier quality improvements for automated equipment and software-integrated systems.
Collaborate with global collaborators across Procurement, Engineering, and Operations to ensure alignment and quality excellence.
Do you have what it takes
Recent experience in Manufacturing Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Quality Assurance within a global environment.
Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
Experience working with automated equipment, logistics systems and/or industrial processing technologies.
Skilled in supplier audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Hands-on, self-driven problem solver with flexibility to travel internationally for supplier assessments and quality support.
Fluency in English - both written and verbal.
