Core responsibilities:
Operational Technical Support
Provide day to day technical support to packaging lines and related equipment
Troubleshoot equipment issues and restore operations in a timely manner
Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis
Identify and analyze recurring equipment and process failures
Perform root cause analysis and define corrective/preventive actions
Performance & Continous Improvement
Contribute to packaging line efficiency, uptime and operational performance
Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, microstops, waste and manual intervetions
Support optimization of packaging processes, machine settings and technical standards
Cross-Cunctional Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering
Support operators and shift teams with technical guidance and issue resolution.

Do you have what it takes?
Secondary Technical School (with final-year internship) or University student (either Bachelor or Master) of relevant field (e.g. Process engineering etc.)
Experience in packaging, manufacturing, logistic, or automated operations
Exposure to PLC / HMI / Sensors / Industrial equipment
Experience with labeling, scanning or conveyor systems
Familiarity with Lean, TPM, RCA methodologies is an advantage
MS Office, Power BI, AI Tools
Both Czech and English skills (spoken and written)
The position is set for approx. 20 hours a week (Dohoda o pracovní činnosti) and the commute to our production site in Kladno will be required (exact number of days in the factory to be agreed with the leader during the interview process).
