Student Worker, International Partner Marketing Support for LEGO® Education

Core Responsibilities

This is a key support role within our international business’ marketing team to ensure we are managing our sales channel with the highest standards of execution. We are looking for a student worker with high levels of energy and learning agility who is ready to get involved in B2B led, partner marketing and the growth of our business. The successful candidate will have the chance to learn the inside workings of our B2B channel and support the LEGO Education International Marketing Team in developing the market and partner performance.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Partner Communications
    • Partner newsletter – manage content, creation and send of monthly email newsletter to LEGO Education Resellers
    • Partner webinars – manage the schedule, content and delivery of quarterly Partner webinars
    • Support the development and maintenance of a Partner marketing sharepoint
  • Events
    • Support for LEI Marketing events as needed, including logistics and communications (i.e. social media, web, print)
       
  • Partner Activation Kits
    • Support the EComm Manager in the creation of activation kits for partners
       
  • Data Analysis
    • Support Marketing team in the collection and analysis of key marketing metrics
       
  • Marketing Investment Funds
    • Support process, execution and analysis, leveraging tools such as Docusign and Microsoft 365

The LEGO Education International Marketing team is responsible for contributing to the achievement of LEGO Education’s growth plans through a trade market model, where we drive the partner base to raise the bar in the activation of our solutions and execution of our go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will support the Senior Marketing Manager and wider Marketing Team, to provide partner marketing support and guidance to our network of partners globally. This enables us to deliver the core value propositions of LEGO Education products to customers around the world, whilst also protecting the LEGO Education brand. This student worker role is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun and curious B2B focused partner marketing team, where your impact will be big from day 1!

Do you have what it takes?

  • It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker.
  • University level student, with focus in a business-related field with focus in marketing.
  • Strong basic IT skills across the Microsoft suite.
  • Interest in learning, or experience of, tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and PowerBI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience B2B marketing or partner led/channel marketing.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
  • Additional languages would be a bonus.
