Core Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Global Maintenance KPI dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Visualize maintenance data by structuring information, creating clear overviews, and turning data into actionable insights for maintenance leaders.
  • Prepare ad hoc data analyses and visualizations to support business decisions.
  • Support automation and digitalization of reporting processes across Global Maintenance Excellence.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance Partners and internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into simple, visual solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data quality, reporting standards, and maintenance performance transparency.
  • Support innovation by identifying opportunities to improve how maintenance data is used in decision-making.

In this role, you will support the development of KPI reporting and digital overviews that help maintenance leaders understand how maintenance activities, performance, and responsibilities contribute to the global maintenance strategy. You will work closely with Maintenance Partners and stakeholders to turn complex maintenance data into simple, visual, and actionable insights.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s or Master student in an IT or business related field or equivalent working experience.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with structured data.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization.
  • Experience or interest in Databricks, data preparation, and data modelling.
  • Basic understanding of PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex information.
  • Ability to communicate detailed information in a simple, visual, and business-relevant way.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Service-minded, curious, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Good sense of humor and an accommodating personality.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of maintenance, manufacturing, operations, and business reporting.
  • Experience with project management or performance follow-up.
  • Experience with process development or digital workflow improvement.
  • Ability to combine and reuse existing knowledge to create new solutions.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and act on improvement opportunities.
  • Interest in digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.
