Are you detail-oriented and great at communicating? Would you like to contribute to creating technical standards that work?
Join our Mould Engineering Enabling and Technology team to help us improve our standards and guides. You'll enhance coordination across tasks and documentation, making a real impact!
Core Responsibilities
- Documentation management (organizing and linking documents in shared locations)
- Verification and review of Guides and Standards content (e.g. phrasing and formatting according to standards, checking for missing information)
- Execution of individual or supporting assignments related to ongoing projects
- Administrative support (e.g. preparation of slideshows, sharing information across organization, Sharepoint updates)
- Support in optimization tasks for Mould Engineering
- Dependent on the candidate, digital tools development and/or communication tasks could be an option

The Enabling Technology (ET) team is a part of Mould Engineering (ME) department and provides strong governance and support in different areas across ME: Processes, Standards and Guides, Digitalization, Problem Solving and Quality Improvements, Business Support.
As a Student Worker in ET you will join a team of specialists with a diverse set of backgrounds and areas of responsibility. You will be in charge of day-to-day support for them, but also get some individual responsibility for the tasks that can be executed with more flexibility and over longer period.
Do you have what it takes?
- You are currently studying on a bachelor’s or master’s degree level in a field of engineering, business administration, communication or similar.
- You are fluent in English – both written and spoken.
- You are proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- You have exceptional attention to detail.
- You thrive in an autonomous environment with diverse workflows.
- You are proactive and not afraid to ask questions.
- Experience in working with Power Platform (e.g. PowerBI, PowerApps).
- Familiarity with Sharepoint structure.
