Job Description

#LI-KO1

Are you interested in partnering with a Product Trio (Product Manager, Engineering Lead, you) inside a crew to shape both what we build and why we are building it in the first place?

Come join OMP who supports our manufacturing and supply chain areas with digital solutions!

Core Responsibilities

  • Work across the full design stack — from fuzzy problem framing and discovery through to the hi-fi craft when the moment calls for it
  • Bring a service-design approach to the work: zoom out, map the system, surface the dependencies and human touchpoints that usually get missed
  • Experiment openly with AI in your design process — research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, workflow hacks — and share what you learn with the rest of the practice
  • Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with diplomacy and conviction: hold the line when design integrity is at stake, flex when it genuinely serves the work
  • Help build a credible, confident voice for design in Trios and other forums.
  • Make sense of enterprise-scale problem spaces
  • Contribute to the wider design practice — critique, shared patterns, mentoring, and generally setting a higher standard alongside peers who care about the craft

Play your part in our team succeeding

You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with fellow Designers, Product Managers and Engineers to shape the digital products our enterprise actually needs.

You will understand and contribute to the connections between digital tools, business workflows, and the humans navigating both. As a member of an agile crew, your core role will be advocating for experiences that make work genuinely better for the colleagues and users who depend on what we build.

Together you and your Trio will dig into knotty problem spaces, challenge the easy answers, and design solutions that survive contact with reality.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Brave, willing to try new things, experiment, and fail
  • Curious, energetic, and positive attitude
  • Focused, self-starter with the ability to drive your work
  • A true teammate with solid collaboration skills and the ability to create relations across teams
  • You can solve complex problems through design and turn fluffy ideas into concrete digital products.
  • Experience working on non-consumer facing products
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of articulating design concepts effectively.

Other nice to have experiences include:

  • Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Ai Prototyping, or similar
  • Experience working in a collaborative, diverse team, working directly with software engineers, product managers, researchers and users
  • Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs, and customer expectations
  • Committed to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge
