Please Note 

  • No relocation assistance is offered for this position. 

  • The role can be based out of our Billund Campus. Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly.  

Core Responsibilities:  

Product handling 

You will be responsible for managing product forecasting, planning, warehousing and shipping, including: 

  • Handling LTP (Learning through Play) materials. 

  • Build to Give product donations. 

  • P4P (Prescription for Play) products. 

  • Build the Change materials. 

This includes ensuring seamless processes are in place for colleagues across Social Responsibility (SR) on above as well as optimizing warehousing as appropriate. 

Maintenance 

  • You will own maintaining the Planning App as well as playyourpart.com.

  • You will work as the contact person with digital teams on daily maintenance of the Planning App and Play Your Part (PYP) and handle any user issues triggered within/outside Social Responsibility.

Enabling volunteering events 

  • Plan and facilitate volunteering packing events for LEGO employees, ensuring materials are prepared, and processes are clear.  

  • Support engagement and guidance of volunteers to help create an efficient and motivating experience while ensuring timely execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams as needed. 

Administrative support 

  • You will be the procurement super user to onboard, train, and support SR colleagues on procurement processes. 

  • This may also include other types of admin tasks to optimize processes and support SR across global and regional teams. 

  • You will own all administrative tasks and be responsible for every aspect to lead alignment and foster stakeholder engagement. 

  • Support monthly and quarterly activity plan reviews and reporting cycles, contributing to KPI tracking.

  • Conduct sample-based validation of supporting documentation and reconcile reported figures with underlying source data.

  • Apply the four-eye principle across data governance and reporting controls to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

The role is key to handling products, maintenance and providing admin support and help simplify and optimize SR processes and ways of working to enable Social Responsibility to bring our mission to life of inspiring and developing the builders of tomorrow. 

Do you have what it takes?  

  • Project coordinator experience with a view to simplify and/or establish processes, ways of working, tools, etc. 

  • Strong experience with LEGO Group systems, tools, and processes. 

  • Experience working with and across a global distributed team, with multiple stakeholders through a collaborative approach. 

  • Diligent, flexible, proactive, and positive self-starter with proven ability to creatively solve problems – also when there’s no exact road map. 

  • Curiosity to explore, learn, and seek solutions from multiple sources. 

  • Strong people's skills with the ability to proactively build relationships across all levels and functions to drive execution. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
