Own end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-high complexity roles in Vietnam, partnering with senior stakeholders, driving proactive sourcing, and strengthening the LEGO Group employer brand in a dynamic, international setting.
*The position is based in Tan Uyen, Binh Duong; and no relocation assistance is offered for this position
Core Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for mid- to high-complexity, primarily within manufacturing.
Act as the primary recruiter for assigned business units or complex functional areas
Drive proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence to attract top talent in niche or competitive markets
Lead or significantly contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition priorities and projects
Manage complex offer negotiations with candidates and stakeholders
Monitor recruitment key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to continuously improve hiring outcomes
Partner with hiring managers to apply best-practice interview and assessment techniques in a fair and objective manner
Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen the employer brand across multiple platforms and initiatives
Manage recruitment agencies, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and compliance
Lead onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires
Ensure effective use of recruitment systems and data-driven insights to improve Talent Acquisition processes
Ensure compliance and efficiency for talent acquisition process
Support additional human resources tasks and projects as assigned by the line manager

As part of the People Partnering team, this role offers the opportunity to manage complex recruitment and human resources initiatives across the organization. You will contribute to people-related projects including human resources operations models, diversity and inclusion, communication, wellbeing, and engagement, while supporting compliance and risk management across the People Partnering organization.
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with mandatory experience in international assignments
Experience in human resources project coordination and/or human resources operations or generalist work
Ability to solve medium-complexity problems independently within scope, with appropriate escalation when needed
Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders
Strong communication and project management skills
Fluency in English and comfort working in an international environment
Nice-to-Have / Preferred
Strong project management, logical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
Customer-centric mindset with high integrity in handling confidential matters
Strong collaboration skills, including experience working with regional teams and external vendors
