If you thrive in fast-paced retail marketing, love turning data into action, and enjoy managing campaigns end-to-end, this could be your next big move!
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.

The closing date for all applications will be Thursday 28th May 2026, CV's will be actively screened during this time.
Core Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of LEGO Retail marketing campaigns for LEGO Insiders members, from planning and briefing through to execution, reporting, and optimisation.
Act as the key bridge between LEGO Retail and the CRM Hub Operations team, aligning commercial priorities with CRM strategy and calendar planning.
Own CRM campaign inputs across retail trading, catalogue, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer communications.
Manage the annual Holiday Catalogue project, including strategy, production, targeting, budget management, and performance reporting.
Drive customer engagement and membership growth through data-led campaigns focused on sales, sign-ups, and retention.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with global stakeholders across CRM, Membership, Trading, Marketing, and Digital teams.
Do you have what it takes
Proven experience delivering CRM campaigns within retail, membership, loyalty, or customer engagement environments.
Strong understanding of CRM platforms, CDPs, audience targeting, and customer journey orchestration across email, app, and web.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance, reporting ROI, and using insights to optimise results.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience balancing commercial performance with brand engagement, ideally within fast-paced retail or consumer-focused businesses.
