Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Process & Planning Manager to become the Global Process Owner for Customer Master Data—a pivotal component of our commercial processes. In this role, you will shape how we manage, govern, and continuously improve our Customer Master Data on a global scale, working with stakeholders across markets, functions, and levels to drive consistency, quality, and efficiency.
Please note:
The role can be based at either our LEGO Campus in Billund, Denmark, or our vibrant Boston HUB. Our hybrid working model allows for three days in the office and two days working from home each week. Please note that no relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities:
- Global Standardization & Governance: Define and maintain global standards, policies, and governance frameworks for Customer Master Data to ensure consistency and data quality across key applications and markets.
- Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies and improvements within master data processes, leading the execution of these initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Commercial, Finance, Digital, and other functional teams to align on data strategy, attribute management, customer hierarchy structures, and market setup requirements.
- Stakeholder Management & Change Enablement: Manage and influence multiple stakeholders at various levels to achieve end-to-end objectives, embedding standardized practices and driving the adoption of best practices across the organization.
- Data Quality & Local Support: Collaborate with local data owners and users to resolve data quality issues, provide training, and support the adoption of global standards at a local level.
- Awareness & Advocacy: Elevate the understanding and importance of Customer Master Data across the organization, positioning it as a strategic enabler for business performance.
- Bridge Between Business & Technology: Serve as the key link between Digital teams and business end users, ensuring alignment on requirements, successful implementation, and effective user adoption.

As the Senior Sales Process & Planning Manager, you will serve as the Global Process Owner for Customer Master Data, leading the standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of master data processes on a global scale. This role is a core enabler for multiple upstream business processes, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence change across diverse stakeholder groups.
Do You Have What It Takes?
Experience & Knowledge:
- Experience leading process ownership and governance structures, ideally related to digital, data, or commercial products.
- Proven experience with master data management, data collection processes, and/or data analytics.
- Experience in developing and implementing master data policies and procedures.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional projects involving complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Demonstrated ability to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable specifications for technical teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, data extraction, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with a genuine passion for data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and accessible manner.
- Ability to engage, influence, and manage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Confident in taking ownership and accountability for global processes and governance frameworks.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of 134.750,00 $ - 202.126,00 $ based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
