Job Description

This is a Senior Manager level Individual Contributor role. We are pleased to offer our hybrid working arrangement, Best of Both, with 3 days based in our Billund office and 2 days working from home. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position. 

 

Core Responsibilities 

 

  • Drive operational excellence across Consumer Group Tracking (CGT) and Active Consumer Tracking (ACT) by improving platform performance, governance, methodologies, and overall data quality.  

  • Deliver actionable consumer and shopper insights that support confident, data-informed decision making  

  • Own PMP KPI target setting for ACT, ensuring timely annual target recommendations and monthly reporting in partnership with the Director.  

  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with external partners to encourage engagement, innovation, and continuous improvement across ACT and CGT.  

  • Ensure alignment with compliance standards, processes, and guidelines through ongoing partner collaboration.  

  • Support contract negotiations and budget planning together with the Team Director and Head of Platforms by preparing and analyzing budget proposals and helping secure mutually beneficial outcomes.  

  • Find opportunities to improve ACT and CGT capabilities, driving innovation and enabling new commercial opportunities.  

  • Support capability building and structured development initiatives across Data Platforms.  

  • Encourage collaboration across the Data Platforms and Partners team to strengthen alignment with the ONE Voice of DP approach.  

  • Support the Director in representing ACT and CGT with senior collaborators.  

  • Act as the functional lead for the ACT and CGT team, supporting managers with prioritisation and their day-to-day work.  

 

Do you have what it takes? 

 

  • Experience working in Data, Strategy, Insights, or Research roles in local, regional, or global environments.  

  • Experience managing vendor or agency partnerships, ideally including roadmap planning and capability development.  

  • Strong ability to deliver engaging learning experiences and encourage adoption of data platforms across the organization.  

  • Confidence translating complex research and data into clear, compelling business recommendations.  

  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional and international teams.  

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving positive change in evolving environments.  

  • Interest in technology and innovation, with a mindset focused on improving efficiency and ways of working.  

  • Naturally curious, forward-thinking, and motivated by finding new and better ways to solve challenges.
