We are looking for a Senior Global Job Trainer to play a key role in developing, delivering, and continuously improving global training standards within moulding machine maintenance.
Core Responsibilities
· Develop, train, and coach Local and Global Job Trainers to ensure consistent, high‑quality maintenance training worldwide
· Organize and deliver Train‑the‑Trainer activities and support the practical execution of local and global trainings
· Create, update, and maintain training materials in line with global standards, business needs, and new technologies
· Plan, deliver, track, and evaluate maintenance trainings, including measuring training effectiveness
· Conduct regular knowledge and process confirmations to ensure compliance and competence
· Support the introduction and implementation of new maintenance technologies and processes
· Collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders, with strong focus on work safety, quality, and standardization
· Participate in global workshops, forums, and knowledge‑sharing activities to drive continuous improvement

You’ll work closely with local and global trainers, area leadership, and customers, contributing to a culture where best practices are shared openly, new technologies are embraced, and learning never stops.
Do you have what it takes?
· Strong technical background in injection‑molding machines and moulding machine maintenance
· Proven experience in technical training, coaching, or Train‑the‑Trainer roles
· Ability to develop structured training plans across different job roles and skill levels
· Experience with process confirmation, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement methodologies
· Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and customer collaboration skills
· Willingness to travel internationally in a global role
· Proactive, structured, and ownership‑driven mindset with a passion for knowledge sharing
· Knowledge of MS Office.
· Fluency in English AND Hungarian
