Please note: This position will be based in our Hub in London and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the Pan EU Customer engagement with Amazon, negotiating trade terms, building a joint business plan, running a sustainable commercial customer partnership

  • Commercial ownership of the Amazon Western Europe Sales Plan, accountable for forecast delivery, performance reporting and running plan optimisation/mitigation activities

  • Lead and manage a regional Sales team of 8, who engage with the Amazon pan EU VM and AVS team

  • A crucial member of the Centre of Excellence Leadership team: working cross collaboratively with the other CoE leaders to enable a motivated and engaged B2B E-Commerce team

  • Manage Business Unit collaborators, working closely with colleagues across the Western Europe Market Group (UK/I, D-A-CH, BLX…)

  • Ensure that the voice of the customer and E-Commerce is represented in crucial Market Group and Global forums

The Western Europe Amazon KAM team is responsible for the delivery and execution of the LEGO® business strategy and delivers profitable and sustainable growth through Amazon. Our role is to be a trusted partner who strives to get the right products and experiences, in the right place, at the right time and drive a mutually beneficial business plan in collaboration with the retailer. The Senior Director will represent the LEGO Group in their day-to-day interactions with our business partners and in true LEGO fashion have fun doing it!

Do you have what it takes?

  • Strong, proven experience in Sales and E-Commerce of which several years working in a customer facing key account role with full P&L responsibility

  • Excellent leadership skills with proven experience in leading teams

  • Proven successes of working with Amazon

  • Great communication and influencing skills

  • Strong negotiation skills, strategic orientation, analytical abilities, decision making

  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders

  • Willingness to push boundaries, experiment, learn fast & execute

  • Experience working in a global matrixed environment

  • Fluent in Business English
