As our new Senior Consultant, your focus will be on coordinating and developing talent pipeline programs across apprenticeships, graduate initiatives, and adult education. You will play a key role within the People Partnering function, collaborating with internal collaborators and external partners to attract, select, and develop future talent while ensuring smooth program execution and continuous improvement.
Please note: This position will be based in Nyíregyháza and will operate on a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. This is a 1-year fixed-term contract. Relocation support is not offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities
Generally coordinates the program for apprentice, graduates and adult education
Maintains tactical and operational contact to vocational institutions, universities and other partners
Keeps contact to business collaborators
Attraction and selection process coordination, involving e.g. Branding, Communication, People Partners, Recruitment, Hiring Managers or external partners
Prepares yearly process cycle description and policy
Follow up on program milestones and statuses
Organizes AAR as input to process improvement
Cost coordination
Map and coordinate subsidy schemes and related tasks
Change management activities amongst collaborators e.g. business areas, People Partnering, Legal, Communication, etc.
Global talent pipeline network representation
Participating in other labor availability and flexibility related activities

Nyíregyháza is home to one of seven LEGO factories in the world. As a result, in the spring of 2014 it handed over its brand-new factory in Nyíregyháza – a facility that is not only huge and ultra-modern, but also exceptionally environmentally-friendly. This role plays a crucial part in the local PPC (HR) department of the factory, being a key responsible in safeguarding our policies to stay relevant and employees are treated as our most important collaborators.
Do you have what it takes
Some years of experience in talent acquisition and/or development – preferably from a multinational/production company
Experience of working in big manufacturing companies and private or public employers, Labor office etc. and labor related processes and systems such as SAP or equivalent
Willingness to learn to handle new database, software
Takes initiative, recognizes and acts on improvement opportunities
Thrives and contributes best in a team setting
Ability to provide quality and timely customer service
Interest and ability to learn quickly
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – advantage: SAP knowledge
Hungarian and English: Advanced level (C1)
