Monitor upcoming external product regulatory requirements using relevant internal and external tools, and evaluate how new requirements may affect the LEGO Group's internal product safety and compliance standards.
Ensure the timely update of relevant sections of the LEGO Group's Product Safety Handbook (PSH) and associated compliance documents, and communicate changes to affected stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation.
Provide compliance support to a range of internal stakeholders, to ensure that LEGO products meet all in-country testing, certification, and labelling requirements within the region.
Provide operational compliance support on the interpretation and implementation of national regulatory requirements across the region, and decide on corrective actions related to product safety and compliance as necessary.
Apply balanced and ethical decision-making when evaluating compliance requirements against business needs, practicality, and sustainability considerations.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues relating to product regulatory requirements in the region.
Engage in relevant standardisation activities and regional and/or local Industry Associations as agreed.
Serve as co-owner and subject-matter expert of marking requirements for product packaging within the internal Product Safety Handbook.
