Join LEGO Retail and help us deliver the foundational training programs for our LEGO Flagship Stores in China. You will help the LEGO Group build critical retail capabilities and help deliver on our ambitious strategy of making LEGO Flagship Stores the pinnacle shopping and brand experience for our shoppers and consumers.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position
Core Responsibilities:
Drive and support our customer proposition projects as they evolve to support the business strategy, with a focus on understanding impact on team members and operations.
Identify, deliver and manage end-to-end operational projects across all stores to optimize ways of working and support business efficiency, continuously striving for retail excellence throughout and working towards achieving key KPIs.
Play a key role in development and optimization of best practices for in-store experience and execution
Serves as the trusted trainer to our Flagship store to inspire, coach and engage store team.
Design Training Programs - Create tailored training modules that address the specific needs of retail staff and improve customer service skills.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness - Monitor and assess employee progress through regular evaluations to ensure knowledge retention and application.

Do you have what it takes?
A minimum 7 years of retail excellence/operation/training experience in consumer goods, retail related, with proven 3 years focus on D2C business.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
Demonstrate a proven track record of developing and delivering retail improvement projects and initiatives that benefit the overall experience for shoppers and consumers and ultimately has a positive commercial impact.
Project management skills that enable you to independently lead projects and prioritize numerous tasks and projects simultaneously
Stakeholder management experience and comfort in providing challenge and a different perspective when necessary
Energetic, keen to learn newness and explore different idea and strong presentation and communication skills.
An independent, dedicated individual with highly responsible nature and ability to work in a matrix organization, handling complexity and challenge.
Microsoft office programs (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Bachelor / Master degree is preferred
Advanced Mandarin and English Speaker
Nice to have:
Experience in trade or sales
Knowledge & Passion for Toy Category
In depth knowledge of the China market
