Job Description

As our new Recruiter colleague your focus will be sourcing, recruitment, employer branding and onboarding. The role resides in our People Partnering function, where your focus will primarily be to support and partner with our business areas in the Nyíregyháza factory.  

Please note: This position will be based in Nyíregyháza and will operate on a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Relocation support is not offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities  

  • Build strong partnerships with leaders and people partners to understand and support business area needs in relation to talent acquisition

  • Ensure a high-quality, end to end life cycle of recruitment in the factory for hourly positions

  • Partner with hiring leaders to define an appropriate sourcing and recruitment strategy and create effective selection techniques

  • Be part of local employer branding activities, incl. participate in job fairs

  • Organize local induction for new joiners and successfully onboard new hires through ensuring hiring leaders know their onboarding responsibilities

  • Secure strong support to our D&I agenda

Nyíregyháza is home to one of seven LEGO factories in the world. LEGO Manufacturing Kft., employer of more than 4500 people, significantly contributes to the success story of the family-owned toy company committed itself to large-scale developments. As a result, in the spring of 2014 it handed over its brand-new factory in Nyíregyháza – a facility that is not only huge and ultra-modern, but also exceptionally environmentally-friendly. This role plays a crucial part in the local PPC (HR) department of the factory, being a key responsible in safeguarding our policies to stay relevant and employees are treated as our most important collaborators.  

 

Do you have what it takes  

  • Relevant working experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with experience in driving end-to-end recruitment for hourly positions in an international company

  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills

  • Good business understanding

  • Dedicated personality with can-do-attitude and strong collaborative attitude

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and work on multiple roles in parallel

  • Interest and ability to quickly learn and apply new and changing solutions

  • Known to be structured, organized, and able to prioritize

  • User level experience of Workday would be an advantage

  • Hungarian and English: Advanced level (C1)
