Core Responsibilities
In this new position as Quality Manager Specialist, you will primarily focus on internal and external quality management, while supporting our ongoing transformation following the introduction of the newly announced LEGO SMART Play System. You will ensure the highest quality of our products and services delivered to these customers by building strong partnerships, processes and procedures. More specifically, you will:
Foster strong collaboration between Customer Service, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain teams.
Collaborate with Procurement on decisions impacting the Customer Quality function.
Collaborate with the Customer Quality Management team to standardize processes, as well as with the Part External Manufactured team.
Ensure customer requirements are met, implement necessary changes, and communicate them effectively.
Drive standardization across customer service operations and support both local and global teams in implementing new processes and technologies.
Lead major customer incidents and complex service projects.
Work closely with the Quality team to manage customer complaints and define corrective actions.
Support and further develop 8D handling processes and continuous improvement initiatives for ongoing cases.
Analyze and communicate customer feedback to drive service quality improvements.
Collect, measure, analyze, monitor, and report on customer satisfaction data.
Report on customer service performance and escalate issues when required.
Play your part in our team succeeding
You will join the Quality and Health & Safety (QEHS) team, which plays a key role in the Billund Moulding & Qualification organization. The team consists of seven dedicated colleagues ensuring the quality and safety of LEGO® products and workplaces. They handle non-conformity issues in alignment with global standards, focusing on maintaining high-quality benchmarks.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of proven experience in Quality Management, Change Management and Quality Standards. You have a strong technical background with knowledge about Electronic Manufacturing and ISO 9001, as well as an outstanding ability to communicate, coordinate and collaborate effectively. Furthermore, you have:
Proven track record in implementing new quality technologies, processes and standards, e.g. from the automotive and/or electronic industry.
Experience working in an international company and/or collaborating with a diverse supplier/customer portfolio.
Strong drive for continuous improvements and ability to deliver needed solutions to succeed.
Skills to lead, motivate, train, and develop relevant stakeholders.
Team player with a playful, positive and curious attitude.
Proficiency in English.
Furthermore, it would be an advantage, if you have knowledge about:
Six Sigma, FMEA and control plans.
Customer escalation processes.
R@R and line release processes for new products.
Deviation processes and documentation.
Logistics agreements with OEM suppliers and how to manage binding/non-binding zones.
