Production Supporter

Job Description

任职要求：

• 学历与专业：本科，统计学、经济学、计算机、工业工程、生产制造，物流管理等理工科或量化相关专业优先。
• 关键特质：愿意贴近生产制造现场，能在一线场景中学习与理解业务；学习能力强，做事踏实细致，有耐心。
• 核心能力：具备数据分析思维与能力，能从生产/业务现场数据中发现问题、提炼结论；熟练掌握办公软件如Excel，Power Bi, Power Apps等数据分析工具者优先。
• 有生产制造运营相关经验，了解生产制造现场流程，业务逻辑。
• 语言能力：英语读写能力良好，能熟练阅读英文资料并进行基本沟通。

工作职责：

• 深入生产现场，收集，整理，优化一线业务流程持续改善与生产数据，确保数据准确完整。
• 基于现场流程，问题进行数据开展分析，输出可视化报告与业务洞察，为生产效率、质量控制等提供数据支持。
• 协助撰写项目文档、技术文档与业务分析报告，推动数据结论落地执行。
• 跨部门沟通与支持团队进行数据驱动的业务决策，结合现场实际提供专业分析建议与优化方案。
• 上级主管安排的其他工作任务 和  团队其他工作支持。
