Job Description

This position exists to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the Preventive Maintenance Plan in the Injection Molding area, supporting the broader Maintenance and Operations strategy through structured planning, accurate execution, and continuous data-driven improvement.

The Preventive Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, releasing, and following up the Preventive Maintenance Plan for the Injection Molding area. This role ensures equipment reliability and efficiency by coordinating maintenance activities with Production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drives synergy and collaboration within the Maintenance and Automation Team.
  • Ensure execution of the Preventive Maintenance Plan in Machine Maintenance.
  • Create/Modify Preventive Maintenance Task Lists
  • Responsible to balance and release Preventive Maintenance Plan.
  • Responsible to generate all the changes needed in the current week.
  • Follow up and management in activities needed in the Preventive Maintenance Plan.
  • Follow up in daily Preventive Maintenance accomplishment KPI.
  • Create and modify BOM for Preventive Maintenance.
  • Follow up SAT/IMAT Actions for the area.
  • Follow up of open work orders.
  • Purchase of tools / spare parts needed for Preventive Maintenance activities.
  • Actively participate in LCI activities.
  • Coordinate with Production to schedule and release maintenance windows that minimize impact on OEE and production targets.
  • Monitor and report Preventive Maintenance KPIs (PM Compliance %, Schedule Attainment, Backlog of Work Orders) and drive corrective actions when deviations occur.
  •  Manage external contractors and OEM service providers required for specialized preventive maintenance activities.

Experience:

1 to 2 years of experience

Technical Skills:

English Advanced

SAP

A degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical,
Process Engineering.
